My boss's friend just came down
The first thing he said when he saw me was,"Wah! You can work
here for so long huh?"
I was like," Err is that a trick question?"
Then he said, "No la I know my friend very well. He is a
wonderful friend but a very difficult boss to work with, but if you
can survive here, you learn a lot." Then he went on rambling about
youngsters these days cannot scold cannot say etc etc
It's true! Youngsters these days cannot roll up their
sleeves and work hard. A lot just want to fast-track their
way up the career ladder.
Reminds me of that awful incident with the ah-gua old male
student nurse. 
He kept going around saying this nurse
isn't nice to him, that nurse not friendly, etc. Hey mate, when nurses work, we do get
frustrated by the patients and the relatives and sometimes, when we
step out of the rooms, we curse and swear under our breaths and are
the ultimate grouches, but that's how we deal with our work
stress! Stop being a fragile pansy! Work with us, or get out of our
way!
Which he did, a few months later! 
He couldn't take the heat, and quit nursing
to enter Uni to study Engineering. The thing is, he's in his
40's, and this is definitely not his first career change, and he
quit nursing less than a year after graduation.
